I am onsite trouble shooting a Satcon PVS inverter. As you know there out of business. I have no owners manuals or any way of knowing what his code means. Does anyone know? Also does anyone know what temp these units start having trouble running in. Right now the room temp is 95 degrees with just one inverter running there is a exhaust fan but with both running at the same time it must get over a Click to expand Satcon is out of business but their website is still up and functioning along with a phone number, may want to try it and see if they left a skeleton crew behind for a while.
Anyway I found a manual for a PVS which probably has the same electronics. Fault code 14 means inverter fault and the solution is to contact Satcon service, good luck. Check here 6th link down. I did try calling them before I posted online here but all the lines were disconnected and one of the lines that I called was for walmart gift cards.

We then advise the owner which spare parts to purchase and keep on site. This keeps downtime to a minimum if the inverter fails. The inverter does not report an active fault once the RDISCH board fails therefore service personnel may not be aware of the problem.
This situation can even lead to injury or death. We are not aware of any Satcon inverters that have been replaced yet. This is probably due to their excellent production efficiency compared to other leading brands and reliability when maintained properly.
